We will have a discussion on Zoom the Thursday before the Shamanic Breathwork meditation. The dates for the next 5 months of 2026 are: January 22nd, February 19th,  March 19th, April 16th, and May 14th.  

These discussion lays the groundwork for establishing a strong personal growth and reverent space for inner exploration and Soul evolution.

Will be discussion Shamanic foundations: Calling in divine guidance,Creating energetic boundaries, The medicine wheel of the four directions and the Elemental forces of Earth, Air, Fire, Water.

Shamanic Breathwork Meditation....

Shamanic Breathwork Meditation will be happening in the first 5 months of 2026; January Friday 23rd, February Saturday 21st, March Saturday 21st, April Saturday 18th, and May Saturday 16th.

Breathwork is best learned in a  group sessions, utilizing trained facilitators. The group work is done in a safe, confidential and intentional environment.  Breathwork is an amazing tool to permanently alter ourselves, our lives and our relationship to the outside world.

Introductions will be made and the facilitator will ask each person in their introduction to express their intentions for the session. These introductions help prepare a safe environment for participants.

During the session participants will lie on the floor with their pillows and mat, A brief guided imagery will precede the breathwork,
