  • Be kind and gentle with yourself  
  • Nurture yourself in nature 
  •  Rest, relax and renew  
  • Let yourself sleep well  
  • Drink pleny of water  
  • Share time with kindred spirits, including four legged companions  
  • Watch a fun, uplifting movie  
  • Read a good book 
  •  Listen to life enhancing music  
  • Attend to your inner life such as contemplation, mediation, artwork, journaling, light exercise, etc.   
  • Do not isolate yourself.  
  • Try not to over schedule your time for the next few days  
  • Meditate daily and connect with your Higher Self even if just for a few moments a day
  •   Nurture the seeds of consciousness  Let the shifts settle and allow integration time
