The moment by moment Session...

Breathwork is best learned in a series of group sessions, classes and/or workshops utilizing trained facilitators. The group work is done in a safe, confidential and intentional environment.  Breathwork is an amazing tool to permanently alter ourselves, our lives and our relationship to the outside world.

Breathwork is best learned in a series of group sessions, classes and/or workshops utilizing trained facilitators. The group work is done in a safe, confidential and intentional environment.  Breathwork is an amazing tool to permanently alter ourselves, our lives and our relationship to the outside world.  

The immediate results of doing  Breathwork can be an increase of energy, a decrease in stress, a freeness of expression, and a greater sense of inner connectedness, as well as an overall feeling of confidence and personal empowerment. Breathwork naturally energizes, cleanses, purifies, uplifts and reconnects the human organism to a state of maximum balance.

Through the power of breath, old traumas, limiting beliefs and subconsciously-held patterns of energy (suppressions) begin to release  into a state of peace and inner balance as well as feel a closer connection to our purpose and inner power.

The moment by moment Session...

Breathwork happens in a group setting anywhere between 4-12 people.  Introductions will be made and the facilitator will ask each person in their introduction to express their intentions for the session.  These introductions help prepare a safe environment for participants.

During the session participants will lie on the floor with their p

Breathwork happens in a group setting anywhere between 4-12 people.  Introductions will be made and the facilitator will ask each person in their introduction to express their intentions for the session.  These introductions help prepare a safe environment for participants.

During the session participants will lie on the floor with their pillows and mat,   A brief guided imagery will precede the breathwork once the pariticipants are lying down.

The breathwork will begin with the participants breathing through their mouths with a continual breath (no pause between inhale and exhale).  Music is playing in the background to guide the participants through their personal journey.  The breathing  takes about 45 min. The facilitators will be walking around during the session to ensure the participants are comfortable.

At the end of the session water and light refreshments are provided to help individuals become grounded and re-integrate from any achieved altered consciousness. Participants will have an opportunity to share and process their experience and ask questions that may have arose during the session.

This dialogue portion of a Breathwork session aims to coach an individual towards new and healthier levels of self-awareness, intentional living and creative expression.
